George James Trepal appeals two orders of the circuit court denying his first and second motions for post-conviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 following evidentiary hearings on both motions. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm. Trepal also has filed in this Court a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(9), Fla. Const. We deny the petition.
