Trena McGarrah, the plaintiff in a lawsuit alleging catastrophic neurological injury caused by the defendants negligence, petitions this court for a writ of certiorari quashing the trial courts order allowing discovery of a videotape of a compulsory medical examination made at the direction of her attorney and not intended for use at trial. We grant the petition and quash the order below.
