  • Predictable but Good

McNeill really double-triples down on themes that, IMO, get redundant quickly and lead to a very predictable outcome that wasn’t a surprise, even to someone new to 40K. Still has good action, lots of Astartes, ALOT of remembrancer sections. Some returning Astartes from the first 3 books. It’s a good read and fills in some plot points and shows other points from a different view. Glad I read it, but definitely won’t re-read any time soon.

Great series. I am finding many typos in the book. The price is too high, but it is not iTunes fault. Wonderful series, keep them coming, but let us see an end to the series some day, we need closure.
