Good book. Book 3 in a series about 4 girlfriends who help each other through their insecurities to find their true love. Each book is a stand alone novel showing the deep bonds of true friendship, the truth and trust needed to make a loving relationship and, of course, the steam to drive that relationship forward to the HEA ending we all want!

I absolutely love this book. This book is a friends to lover forbidden romance. Izzy has been looking for that feeling of home with another person after witnessing her parents show their undying love for each other as she was growing up. She has finally found that with Asher. When she looks into his eyes, she sees a piece of her self. She has that feeling of home with him. I also love how this book tackles the very real, very serious problem of human trafficking. I am glad that Izzy was able to find out where she gave from. A way of learning about herself so that she could stop running from her problems. Also she was able to get closure along wit Asher and Jessie when Emília is finally rediscovered. I can go on and on about this book. Each book in the series has captured a piece of my heart. I am excited to read about Nora in Royal games. Boomerang.

I loved reading this rock star story. The games played by the different people in this makes it like no other book. You have to read this book to find what all is happening in the lives of these people.

Dangerous games is a fascinating book about a suspenseful romance. Izzy is a woman engaged to a man named Jesse but she’s still in love with Asher a man who she has shared more a more meaningful time with. Asher is a rockstar, and Izzy the inspiration to some of his songs . They have many ups and downs but Izzy fears Repercussion from Jesse . I love how TK Leigh wrote Izzy and Asher’s chemistry, she really enforces how much better Izzy is with Asher. ❤️❤️❤️

A tasteful bite of forbidden love. I’m so in love with this book. Izzy and Asher stoke my heart. It was beautifully written and with all the twists and turns you’d expect from TK Leigh. She didn’t hold back at all. She continues to write phenomenal stories with strong woman and men that will make you melt. I know that when I’m about to read one of her booms that I’ll never be disappointed. I always want more. This book took me on quite the journey. Loved every word.

I’ve been waiting for Izzy and Asher’s story since we got the prequel last year, and it DID NOT disappoint!! We get the bit of forbidden romance, plus the twists and turns that I have come to LOVE from TK Leigh. It’s hot, sexy, and will have you wanting more of this series! A great read I would highly recommend!

Ahh...Asher! Need I say more? If you do need more information about this hot musician, then do not hesitate to pick up this book! This is Izzy and Asher’s story. We first meet these two in Wicked Games when they are in Vegas with Lincoln and Chloe. So glad we get to read about the chemistry these two had that night. There is so much history between these two. More than we even realize. I love that there were back stories or glimpses back into the past, so we have more of an idea of why things happened the way they did. Gram’s is a hoot, but very wise! She knows what she’s talking about. Something about Boomerang’s? :). This is a must read that I recommend! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I have been privileged to read each of T.K.'s books in this Games series and I have to say that Dangerous Games is by far the most angst filled! Izzy and Asher and Jessie put readers through the wringer with a triangle of sorts that evokes tons of emotions from start to finish. Izzy was engaged to Jessie eight years ago before their relationship came to an end and she cut all ties with him, his brother Asher, and his whole family. When she happens to run into Asher in Vegas one weekend, all kinds of feelings she had for him come boiling to the surface and they take full advantage of a city wide blackout. But when the lights come on the next day and reality comes streaming back in, Izzy heads back to New York determined to keep this little indiscretion a secret. After all, it's forbidden right? She should not have slept with her ex-fiancé's brother. Now a year later, she's thrust back into Asher's world when her ex-fiancé Jessie reaches out to her for help. Can she remain neutral and act like nothing happened? Asher York is a force to be reckoned with and the pull is strong, but what would happen if they acted on their feelings? What would that do to his relationship with his brother? Is it worth it? Like I said, this story is full of angst! The push and pull that Izzy does with Asher is strong! Just when I thought they were going to find a way and move forward, something else would pop up to derail them, and I almost couldn't take it!! I wanted to shake them both so many times and tell them, "just give in!" LOL But it's easy to say that when I'm not the one in that position with my heart on the line. T.K. does an amazing job of infusing so much emotion into each scene. I was glued to the pages, dying for these two to figure everything out. I was even hoping that Jessie would find his happily ever after before the book finished. And I could not get enough of the scenes with Grams. That woman is a hoot and a half! Loved seeing the other girls in this series and catch up with them. The tidbits we get of Nora sets the stage for her book next and I can't wait to see what's in store for her. There's some mystery/suspense in this story that was super fascinating to me. Mystery/thrillers are my newest obsession so I ate up those parts of the story. T.K. is a master at writing suspense as is evidenced with her Beautiful Mess Series and her Deception duet, so the secondary storyline involving Izzy's past was an added treat to this story for me. Readers of the Games series are in for a treat with this one, especially if you love angst!

TK Leigh is an amazing writer and I know every time I pick up one of her stories, she will entertain me for hours! Dangerous Games was no different. Both Izzy and Asher were fantastic characters. Their story will pull at your heartstrings and you will feel every single emotion they feel. This book picks up one year after the prequel Mind Games. (It’s not necessary to read it, but it does add to the overall story.) Izzy hasn’t had it easy whatsoever. But feelings are impossible to stop. What do you do when you fall in love with your ex fiancé’s brother? You’ll just have to read the story to find out! This book was AMAZING! The angst, the tension between the hero and heroine, and of course the love will make Dangerous Games one of the best books I read this year.

Asher and Izzy’s story is absolutely one I could not stop reading. The story flows with feeling, passion, secrets, hurts, pain, forgiveness and love. Tk Leigh never fails to amaze me at how she can pull me in and have me so emotionally connected with all her characters, even when I don’t want to be. You think everything is black and white, one way or the other, and bam a little curve is thrown at you. There are lots of little curves that will make you swoon, fall and fall hard for Asher York.
