Description

The 5th installment in the bestselling and highly acclaimed Soul Savers series of dark urban fantasy books.

The world is on the brink of war, the enemy have increased their attacks on humans, and my team and I have been assigned the mission of building the Angels’ army on Earth. However, the unthinkable happens, and my biggest fear comes true. Nothing will stop me from recovering what is mine.

Except everything and everyone tries.

Suspicious humans have set traps to ensnare the supernatural. The world powers have closed their borders as they prepare for war. The Demons’ army grows exponentially by taking innocent souls—souls that we’re supposed to protect. And a power-hungry sorceress schemes to rule us all, with revenge on my grandmother topping her priority list. I’m forced to choose between those I love dearly and the souls of all of humanity, but when there’s no right answer, I’m destined to lose. The question is—who will it be?

I started this entire series a couple of weeks ago and haven't been able to put these books down! I just finished Wrath, and even with all of the warnings, I never expected to cry so much! I love love love Kristie Cooks imagination and writing capabilities. I'm pretty sad about there only being two more books in this amazing series! Someone needs to make this a movie ASAP!

I purchased the first book, promise, a while back. It sat in my library while I read around it, simply b/c the cover didn't grab me. Well I finally read it, because I'd read everything else in my library. WOW, wish I hadn't waited so long. I read all 4 Soul Savers and Genesis in two weeks. Took me two days to fly through book 1 of the Phoenix... Now, I work full time, have two kids to cook for, clean after, help w homework...that means I read every spare second of everyday and into he night! Can you say addicted?! Just finished the space between cause I was feignin' for more K.C. books, it was great too...but I need more Soul Savers...please, and I'm patiently awaiting part 2 in the book of Phoenix.....well, ok, not so patiently...actually quite anxiously before the story, and charecters are smothered under other books I'll move to while waiting. I usually wait on a series, until I can get them all at the same time. Rather than awaiting the release of the next one, cause, well, I tend to find something else and not go back. I recommend this series, even if its incomplete. It really is a great story. A fresh, original tale. It's hard to do that these days b/c it's all been said and done already, originality in writing is rare...Mrs. Cook has talent. I give 4 stars, bc nothing is perfect, there were times it would drag n I'd skim ahead, but for the most part, I say bravo!

I love kristies books -soul savers series, but it's just turning out to be a drag out. It needs to have a ending. There's hardly any romance in this book, and it taking it's turn in a awful directions.

Love the Soul Saver series. Fell in love with the characters right away. The world and situations presented are incredible. Page turner from promised right through to wrath. Extra bonus the book which explains the true beginning. A must read series that will not disappoint you.

I found this book a little slow in the first chapters, however it picked up and the book sent me through a rush packed with action tears and love. I thought it would be the finale to the soul saver series but it's open to be continued on another book. Now the wait again but overall I love the whole story.
