Because of Goggins social media posts and Can’t Hurt Me, I got the balls to completely change careers at 42. I did it because it was hard. I was tired of being comfortable and content. I needed a new challenge. Now I have to use his motivation to grow in my career from ground 0 at my age. It isn’t easy because it’s worth it. This book will teach you anything worth doing isn’t easy. Prepare to be inspired and taken into the mind of a human who refused to become a prisoner to his trauma, health conditions, and excuses. This is such a great book for everyone. Period.

I love how the book goes deeper into David’s life and his moms life. The book truly shows you inside of his mind.

This is the first book I have read completely for the first time in years. The story’s and the stuff he had to overcome makes you know if you just change your mindset there’s no limit in what a person can do.
