I am halfway through this book and have already found four typos. So far he is just giving examples of his patients problems and how they resolved them but not giving concrete advice on how to fix it.

This truly is a great book. The information is clear, concise, and actually helpful. Some chapters won’t apply to you, but I guarantee a majority will. I recommend highlighting relevant information and going back occasionally to remind yourself. There is no unnecessary ramblings or agendas, just clear, helpful information to help give you perspective. Like with everything, just reading it won’t fix your life - you will still have to practice and overcome with your own fortitude, but this will be a very handy guide/sidekick in your efforts. A+
