  • Easy to Understand & Fun to Play

Mark Harrison continues to be my favorite music instruction author. He's quite prolific and like most excellent teachers he knows how to start with the basics and slowly build your skills. But where Mark stands apart is his ability to arrange fun to play, easy to understand music that sounds like, well, real music. There are no kiddie songs or watered versions of Amazing Grace. Mark fully understands today's music and has a knack for creating beautiful and fun musical examples. I genuinely enjoy playing the tracks so I play them longer and more frequently. If you like this, be sure to check out his other books as well. Everything Mark does is excellent.
