The case was tried before a jury. After the close of the evidence, the District Court - Page 370 dismissed the action against defendants Entech, Inc. and Montana Power Company. The jury found in favor of defendant Special Resource Management, Inc. Plaintiff appeals. We reverse the jury verdict in favor of Special Resource Management, Inc. and affirm the judgments in favor of Montana Power Company and Entech, Inc.
