We moved to Arizona three years ago (2018). The desert has held a fascination for me. A mysterious place filled with beauty and danger. Times have changed and there r far more people in this area. However, the call from the desert is still there and it’s remoteness, ruggedness and unforgiving heat remain. Zane Grey vividly takes you back to a time of adventure when this great land was being settled. A wonderful book by a fabulous writer.

Tremendous writer that puts you in every page and weaves a tapestry of wonder for a land that seams to be desolate. Thanks for a escaping read.
