Description

“Little white lies have never been so risky—or so much fun.” — Orlando Sentinel

New York Times bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews delivers a tantalizing tale about an abandoned Atlanta housewife and mother who tells one tiny white lie that sets her world spiraling outrageously out of control.

This winning and wonderful romp focuses on all the important things in life: marriage and divorce, mothers and daughters, friendship and betrayal. Throw in small town secrets, one woman’s lifelong quest for home, and the perfect chicken salad recipe, and you have an ideal escape for fans of Fannie Flagg, Jennifer Crusie, Adriana Trigiani, Emily Giffin, and the Sweet Potato Queens.

Clunker! Enjoy all of her other books but skip this one. Mary Bliss is a DOORMAT! Agree w other reviewer, I hate Mary Bliss. M.K. Andrews ‘jumped the shark’ w this book. Ridiculous plots, annoyingly stupid characters… all of them. And they never get better. What happened, MK Andrews?

I truly enjoyed this book. Living in Atlanta and eating at Candler Park Market once a week, made it a special treat to live in the set of the book. I will miss Mary Bliss and Katherine now that it's over!

This is the first book I read of Mary Kay Andrews. I turned the first page and I was already dying of laughter. I have read all of her books and this is my favorite. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good laugh.
