Too much History at least for me. I plan to read another book to see if the is the still the case.

A historical time in India told from the inside. Very interesting. Strong female character, good plot.

First book of Vaseem Khan and I loved every minute! Great historical novel twisted in a good who dunit and a female inspector, the first in India. I have preordered book 2.

An excellent murder mystery staged at the time of India’s independence. First female Indian police officer, despite all the roadblocks placed in her way, eventually solves the case. Some insights into the politics and societal upset that came with independence and partition un the late 1940s.
