Description

California video game designer Adam Clark knows that, in his business, authenticity is the key. So, for their newest Western adventure game, he and his partners decide to try out Cowboy Camp. Only, Adam’s friends never arrive, leaving him a bit—okay, a lot—preoccupied, trying to resist the gorgeous cowgirl who owns the ranch.

Single mom Skye Hawkins is too busy trying to keep her family’s dude ranch out of the red to even think about romance. But she’s having trouble avoiding Adam. He’s smart, he’s sweet, he’s funny…and he’s hot! Maybe it’s the mountain air, but she finds herself letting her guard down. And the fireworks are definitely worth it.

The only problem—they live in totally different worlds. Still, Adam is nothing if not resourceful. Sure, he wants to catch the cowgirl. But more importantly, he needs to find a way to keep her.

Each book in the Cotton Creek Romance series is STANDALONE:

💕 First of all this book was given to me as an arc book for my honest review thanks Entangled Publishing. This is a quick short read only 162 pages part of the Cotton Creek series and I loved every one of them . Skye the heroine is a single mother to a 12 year old son Cody and runs a dude ranch in Colorado. She does not trust men after being left by Cody's father. The ranch she owns and runs is struggling. Then we have Adam from California he is the hero and runs a computer gaming company with two of his best friends I love that Adam is a nerd 🤓 and he is attracted to Skye at their first meeting. Adam is not good with relationships because of him working all the time. But once he sees Skye he wants it all. This couple do have some minor struggles with Skye not trusting men. Her friend Clint whom I do not like at all seems sort of shady always putting Adam down and trying his best to tarnish Skye and Adam's relationship. Of course he has other intentions. You will find out what they are you just need to get this book. Can two people one whom does not trust Menander the other who is so hardworking that his past relationships struggle make a life together? Read this book to find out. Also their is some trouble on the farm. We do get to see whom it was that was causing all of this trouble. I was not shocked with who it was. I loved reading this book and would read it again it was a really sweet love story without over the top love scenes. So I believe anyone would enjoy this book and it can be read in one day I give this book 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I suggest you go and order your copy this book releases on July 3. Don't forget to get your copy. You will thank me later. Xoxo, Meme Chanell Book Corner

Loved this book! Great characters with city guy Adam Clark, single mom Skye Hawkins and her wily son Cody. The three make a great little unit. The story is simple, light, and fun. Perfect for a lazy afternoon read. Adam Clark finds himself on a Colorado Dude Ranch where he is suppose to be meeting up with his friends and partners for some relaxation and a little research for their upcoming video game. When his buddies get delayed he decides to make the best of it and go ahead with the research on his own. Falling for the high spirited, independent owner Skye Hawkins wasn't in the plan but she grabs his attention right away and he won't be deterred. Bonding with her 12 year old son doesn't hurt his chances either! I highly recommend this one!

This is book #3, in the Cotton Creek series. This book can be read as a standalone novel. For reader enjoyment and understanding of the series, I recommend reading in order. Adam visits a real dude ranch for research on the new game he and his partners are making. When he finds himself alone with the owner, Skye, he is glad he has her to himself. The heat between them sparks right away and they have to decide if they are going to act upon it. Skye is a single mother with a lot going on. She is proud of the life she has created for her family. Meeting Adam turns everything upside down, as she is feeling the heat when he is near. This story was filled with serious sparks flying and jokes flowing. The lead characters made me a bit crazy as I kind of wanted to knock some sense into them. I enjoyed the pace, and was pleased with the plot. I loved all the pop culture jokes as well. ***This ARC copy was given in exchange for an honest review, by Netgalley and its publishers.
