This went in so many directions which made the ending amazing.

The characters are so predictable, the sex scenes groan “seriously?!” The plot was ludicrous- the dark, mysterious stranger with a “dark and mysterious secret” that makes a joke out of the reader who actually finishes this book.

Absolutely LOVED this book!! Read it in 2 days- Mystery, suspense, romance!! All my favorites!!

The best of her books for me. Some too predictable. This one had some mystique to it.

Fascinating story - loved the twists and turns. Sandra Brown is now one of my favorite writers. Planning to read all of her books. She doesn’t disappoint!

Every time the pace of the book started to slow, another plot twist was right around the corner. I couldn’t read the last few chapters quick enough! The build up & anticipation of the end was unlike any book I’ve ever read. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest! This is the first book I’ve read by Sandra Brown but it definitely won’t be the last!!

What a great way to fall in love with a big rough dangerous man. Who turns out to be dangerous for the right team. Loved it but I could do with a lot more love making scenes.
