It made me laugh, it made me cry (a lot), it also made me wish for more.

This was a great read. I really enjoyed it and looks forward to other books from this author.

The beginning I was ready to give up on the book bc it was all long drawn out thoughts and some repetitive. It was like 80 pages of “get on with it.” Haha but I held on and the story progressed. The dialogue that was lacking in the beginning finally picked up. More fun characters came into play. The book was good enough to elicit real emotion from me. I did cry at one point. Parts of it, I was annoyed at the adults and their immature “one track minds” thinking they couldn’t change when all it really takes is deciding to change if that’s what you want. They seemed to have made it harder than it needed to be. The 15 years with no date seemed unrealistic. But, overall it was a sweet storyline.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. There are several sex scenes, but only 1 was particularly graphic, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The others were a bit more subdued. The characters were well developed & the storyline was enjoyable.

This was free for a reason and that’s because it’s terrible. DNF @ 3%. The main characters meet on a road during a terrible storm and a tree is across the road, he almost hits her car, spins out of control but doesn’t crash, we know she is frantically trying to get to her daughter who is camping with friends and they need help and when the two meet he has grabbed her off the tree and amidst all of the above starts making an internal lust filled assessment of her. What the absolute misogynistic crap is this. No thank you. Good bye.

The story was great and sad. The loneliness of the characters and their painful memories bring them together. Their relationship is explosive and they make life changes to stay together.

Good story line a good mix of romance and fun. A romance I would recommend To someone since it’s more than just the Romance story it’s about people and their struggles in life. Best romance story I have read in a while.

First time reading this author. A sweet story, but I just didn’t find it believable.
