  • Worst ever

Book made little sense and was all over the place
  • Poorly written anti-federalist propaganda

    By Lstairs
If you want a lecture on the failings of the Federal Reserve by someone who knows nothing about economics or finance this book is for you. Apparently Thor wants to shove down our necks that we should go back to the gold standard and that the Great Depression was a good thing. This book is so thinly disguised as propaganda that it will be the last Thor book I read. I read fiction to be entertained not educated by someone who should stay in his own lane. It’s not even a good story.
  • Intertwined plot lines

Great job of connecting the plot lines.
  • Good Novel.

I liked this. Did Thor write this? It does not seem like him and a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. The only issue is we “wrap it up” in a few pages near the end. That’s what I get mad at. It’s a good story but there are parts that need to be fleshed out more. It can be longer. We are okay with that.
  • Killer Action (spoilers)

    By ANProctor
This one had an intense sequences of action throughout especially when Betsy had the suicide vest on. I was at the edge of my seat with that one! I did feel like the secondary storyline with Ryan and McGee was not necessary and it would have been a lot smoother with just Harvath’s story with Cordero. I did not at all suspect Sal being the antagonist either so that part was very well hidden. I would have liked more of a dialogue with him and he would have definitely been hidden BTS even better. I started to suspect him being the bad guy when he just disappeared for a few chapters and didn’t reappear until the murders took place. If that were a movie, it would’ve been a dead giveaway. But in a novel format it fit well together. The story was great and I loved the history in this one, just wished it had been focused more on Harvath’s story and not on Ryan as much. I believe Thor could have tied Durkin in a different way that would give his story up as the overall antagonist, but it is what it is and it worked out fine. Great one Thor!

I read this book while being discharged from the army. At first I was only trying to pass time but by page 2 I was hooked. This book made me a reader and all of the thriller books are amazing

I was an absolute addict of all Vince Flynn's novels and after his death I was devastated and floundering in confusion as to how I was going to substitute my reading. A brother recommended Brad Thor. After reading Hidden Order I am hooked again. Thank you!
