    I really enjoyed this book. Lots of great info on the WHY, not just “listen to me because I’ve figured out body science”. The recipes are delicious so far, definitely going to make them ALL! I look forward to diving deeper into my body building knowledge and reading more from you!

    I just bought this iBook but it only allows me to read the breakfast recipes. I was under the impression that I would get all the recipes if I bought the book. I have shakes for breakfast and lunch so this does me no good. I will admit that the breakfast recipes do look delicious. I’m just bummed that I cant read the dinner and sides recipes which is what I bought it for.

    Without bragging, I can cook well. Granted, it’s buttered, sugared and floured. What isn’t good with all of that? Until now I struggled to actually make anything healthy that also didn’t taste bland. This book made cooking healthier dishes so simple. Also, he gave macro counts for every recipe. What isn’t to love? Even if you only like 25% of the 120 recipes, that’s still a heck of a good amount of dishes to add to your repitoire for such a cheap (in dollar amount not quality) book.

    I've always been a gym rat but eating healthy had always been hard for me. I enjoy food and just hated all the healthy bland foods. I've tried a lot of the recipes in this book and I haven't had one yet that I don't like. This book is more than just a cookbook. It's got tons of great information about how to eat to achieve your goals.

    This book is a must have companion to Bigger Leaner Stronger. My wife and I are always looking for healthier recipes, I like the way the book is laid out and the nutritional guidance you can find as well. Looking forward to more great books from you. Keep up the great work.
