This is a clear and comprehensive translation and exegesis of the Quran. It’s extremely useful for looking up specific verses and delightful to just read page after page. The bonus essays written by prominent scholars are worth the price alone. However there is a major formatting problem in the iBooks version of The Study Quran. In place of verse numbers there are other alpha and non-alpha characters. For example if you look at verses 6 - 9 of The Cow (chapter 2), you can see the verse numbers next to each verse are replaced with the characters j, z, {, and |. The verse numbers appear correctly next to the exegesis below each verse. I use this wonderful book a lot so I am writing in hope that the publisher could fix this issue and republish it to the iBooks store.
