I would like to read a book on guidance, recovering from trauma, or even finding my “Artist’s Way” without Christ or God being brought into it. I understand that the author is religious, but it doesn’t need to be shoved down my throat everywhere I look.

Before I read this I only had a vague idea of living. I was sad, distraught, heavy & powerless & I knew it. What's more is I have been focused on recovering from that way of life for 4 years. So so slowly, I needed more...something concrete. Velocity, divine velocity is what lies in this book. I feel light, able, worthwhile, vulnerable(in a beautiful way) and above all grateful that I was given this tool at this stage in MY LIFE. The ideas shared give you the platform to be empowered,& when you finally understand what that means life becomes an ever expanding Disney Land. Read this book. Read this book. Read this book. Do the work. Make your life worthwhile in your own eyes.

Cameron did her job, ebook person DID NOT. This woman really knows what she's talking about. I've read it (or rather done) the book twice and what she predicts comes true. This is the only book I knew that actually teaches creativity. All other art books teach technique, perceptions, ideas, concepts. But none I know of actually teach creativity. I am an artist, painter, sculptor, writer who has graduated with a merit scholarship to an art university and her writing has since helped create some of my most creative times. And she has done more than that, she has helped me make sense of what has always been a complete mystery to me. It all seems to good to be true but I can surely tell you for me it is not. I cannot highly recommend this book enough! The only downer is this ebook format lacks the clarity of the printed book. While nothing is missing but a few numbers it makes doing the work a little disorientating. Many of the exercises are numbered and if not separated by numbers it can be difficult to see what she wants you to do. I've tried all the format-themes , book, full screen, scroll- wont better it. Try the book instead.
