It’s a good book

I highly recommend this book, we had to read it in middle school and the rest of my class thought it was okay but not me. I loved this book so much after we finished reading it sadly they had to send the book back to it s previous owners. But I still decided to head to the library and check it out cause I LOVED that book so much! Great job Laurie this book was so extraordinary!!!!

Read this book in middle school when it first came out. This is one of the only books that stuck with me all these years and had an itch to read it again. Highly recommend

The characters are amazing and sometimes I feel like l’m in the main character perspective and I imagine that I am literally in 1776 in New York City

Truly inspiring. This is an amazing/awesome book! I really liked Fever1793 and am so excited to read Forge. I would certainly recommend this book!

Ok, this book got me glued to it. I had to tear my eyes off of the pages when I needed to get something done. There were times when i rooted for Isabelle, wanted to slap Mrs. Lockton, and do it all at once! Loved this book, would recommend it to anyone to likes black history and the revolution. Laurie Halse Anderson has once again captured my heart in this beloved novel. (I also recommend reading the series. Those were just stunning.)

I am not done reading this book but based on what I have read so far I absolutely love this book! Keep writing books Laurie Anderson!!😊
