A quick read. I have enjoyed his other books. However, he rehashes the chemo character and adds a new one named Skink who will undoubtedly show up in a future book. I found this book formulary with a disappointing ending.

The story doesn't get even lukewarm until the end. 'Skinny dip' and 'nature girl' were both great, but this one was barely worth my time.

Not quite the level I've come to expect from Carl, but a good vacation read.

I have read, and in some cases, re-read every Carl Hiaasen book and as usual, this one really delivers! His characters are always so colorful, the story so great and the humor always there. I'm already anxious to know when his next book will be coming out!!

If you have even the slightest appreciation for sarcasm, you'll be rolling on the floor by the end of the first page! Highly recommended!
