The love between the women in this book is beautiful but the strength they show through the years is amazing. I absolutely loved this book as I do love Amy Tan.

This is a very touching book

I first read this as a sophomore in high school as part of an English assignment- the assignment was for a full month- I read the book in 2 days... revisiting it again- I love this story - so bold and beautifully written. keep the tissues close
