I deleted on iPad and went to reinstall in an attempt to restore. Now it requires purchase. Really? It was a 5 Star until now. Works fine on iPhone 14 but will not load on iPad 7th gen or iPad 20th.

The body of this is Devine. The problem is specifically programming. For some reason this book has issues on both my iPhone 15 pro and my iPad Pro. Has a very hard time opening up, and then it takes a while to use any of the features like bookmarks. Something wrong with the formatting or something.

This book opened and was fantastic for two years. I absolutely loved it! I would have given it five stars. But since it won’t open at all anymore I’m giving it one star. Now this book won’t open. Who do I contact about this? Does anyone know?

When I purchased my new Apple IPad I purchased this NIV Life Application Study Bible. It is the Best. I enjoyed it very much. I liked the ability to move around in this Bible or move to another book located at top left corner. Then Apple came along with the Worst IOS16. Ever since this update it has been terrible. I think Apple is more interested in money and NOT customers. All they want to do is sell something else. I am afraid to purchase any more books from them. As of today it takes several minutes for this Bible to open on my IPad. I also get this book is no longer on Apple. Well if you aren’t going to allow you should give all of us our money back. My ideal would bring it up like IOS15. It worked right every time.

I’ve been reading this book for a couple years using the Book app. However, for the last few months I have experienced difficulty opening the book and accessing the content. Sometimes it won’t open at all.

I downloaded the book on my iPad but it will not open

I love this, but then it suddenly stopped working on my iPad. Still works on my phone but not my iPad and sounds like a lot of others have the same issue. No idea how to even escalate it. Very frustrating.
