“Chinatown” being one of my all-time favorite movies, I couldn’t resist downloading this. I was not disappointed by this chronicle of the film’s production as seen largely through the viewpoints of producer Robert Evans, writer Robert Towne and Jack Nicholson. It’s also, as the title implies, about the sunset of an old Hollywood where art and commerce co-existed and the rise of the blockbuster-driven corporation it evolved into. If you’re a fan of the film or the film industry, I recommend it.
