This book was one of her lamest yet. I couldn't get into it. It started ok... but then dragged on and on and on. I had to skip to the end. Sorry Ms. Steel.
  • Moral Compass

One of the best books, I have read in awhile. Young , men standing up for what they did wrong and showing the parent who had the strong morals to back them. It was very refreshing in this climate today.
  • Not Enough Dialog

When did Danielle Steele become allergic to writing dialog? Her characters and plots are excellent, but the lack of dialog hurts the story.
  • Just can’t get into it.

This is my least favorite book ever written by this author. It could have been over in three chapters. Waste of my money.

Book only has 203 pages even though it says 288 before you buy. Her latest novels over the past couple of years sadly don’t hold a candle to her many, many fabulous ones written in the past and based on special times in history. And why is it always the “hispanic housekeeper ,Maria”?
