Besides the sweet romance there is mystery and the story keeps you invested through all 800 pages. I love this author as she can really tell a good story.

This book was free so I decided to give it a go. I was most pleasantly impressed with the writing. It was fast paced and exciting, but most importantly full of emotion. I will definitely be buying more of their novels.

The story is unexpectedly interesting. The main character is a rebellious woman at least four centuries ahead of her time, who proves to be much smarter and observant than most of the people around her. The writing style is fast paced and leads the action exceptionally. I loved it.

This is a fascinating historical Scottish novel set in 1553. I find it quite interesting hearing how differently their lives intersect. Since it is ancient Scots history and my youngest son is living in Glasgow currently, I shall probably read more of this collaborative authors works.

A very engaging story line. Characters that are believable with distinct personalities. Dreamer does just that, wraps itself around the reader and draws you in for a pleasurable tale.

I loved this fast paced highland novel. It was truly one of the best written stories I have read in terms of adventure and interesting twists of fate.

This was a hard book to put down! It was thrilling and heartwarming and a delightful read.
