What an amazing ride with viewpoints from the 3 major characters, romance and suspense. Cannot wait to read the next 2 books.

Let me tell you, I almost never review the books I read on here, simply because it takes too long. But I have to share how phenomenal I thought this novel was. The twists, the interactions between the characters, all of it. Cole and Maddox have such great wordplay, and it doesn’t feel forced like written dialogue can. I love that the whole team has individually important roles, that the author focused on throughout the novel, rather than fading them into the background. I can’t wait to continue to uncover the mystery, and find out the real culprit. I’m really looking forward to book 2, starting today!
