Nate and Olivia are my favorite couple from Samantha Young. And I was so thrilled that they were getting a novella. I couldn’t wait to dive in. On Hart’s Boardwalk was filled with heart, heat, angst, and fun moments. This book picks up 10 years later from when Nate and Olivia got their HEA and we get to see what life is like them. This story really showed a couple working to maintaining their HEA. It wasn’t all sunshine and roses so it was interesting to see what happens when the storm comes in. My emotions were all over the place reading this story. It was heartbreaking, heartwarming, fun moments, sad moments, sweet, and sexy. It had everything. I knew Samantha would never steer me wrong but man this ride was intense. I also liked getting the glimpses of the characters from both the Dublin and Hart’s Boardwalk series. I really enjoyed this story from start to finish. I love this couple so much so I definitely enjoyed this novella. A fantastic storyline, characters, and writing. On Hart’s Boardwalk was a perfect addendum.

What a sweet look into Olivia and Nates future. I loved seeing them with children and how they still go through the normal rough patches a couple would after years together. I'm such a fan of seeing couples with their kids. Especially when the father used to be a major player. Nate was adorable with his girls. The author gave us a realistic look into the couples future showing that no matter how much you love someone or how long you have been together, you still have to work hard to make a relationship work. And what a great way to show how they overcome that rough patch. I've only read the On Dublin Street series but I am so intrigued by the Hart's Boardwalk series after seeing these two worlds collide when Nathan and Olivia vacation at the Boardwalk meeting the characters from the other series. I loved getting this great extended epilogue for such a great couple! ARC provided by NetGalley.
