The information about the invasion of Canada (the 14th colony) had nothing to do with the main plot. Also, the antagonists could have been killed may times before they acquired the suitcase nukes.

Love this writer but this book was a let down. Slow and just boring in parts. It could have have a good story but kept dragging along. And along.....

There's no reason for e-books to be $15. They need to be $9.99. There's plenty of profit in there for everybody. These publishers have not learned anything from the music industry. People will continue to pirate books until they're fairly priced. EDIT: They lowered the price from $14.99 to $12.99 the next day. SPEAK UP PEOPLE!

Good concept, but way too much filler. I found myself skipping large chunks even towards the end. Not his best work.
